Aim of the College
The aim of the College is to train the requisite and qualified Nursing and Midwifery personnel to supply the manpower needs of health institutions in the country to uphold ethical and professional standards.
Objectives of the College
As a Catholic institution the College instills in its Nursing and Midwifery students the gospel values of the kingdom of God, among which are love, compassion, forgiveness, humility, sacrifice, tolerance; and care for the sick, women, children , and the vulnerable.
In order words the College trains not only the mind but also the heart, which makes it unique.

The Holy Family Nursing and Midwifery Training College, in striving to be the “primus inter pares” that is the first among equals, requires selfless, dedicated and highly motivated staff who are committed to effective and efficient performance of their duty.
It is recognized that the success of the College depends on the competence, responsiveness and the ability of staff to deliver in their various departments and achieve academic excellence and professionalism. The staff should also be able to motivate the students to study in a synergistic manner in order to attain the goals, aims and objectives of the College
